It is important to note that experiences can only be added by account holders. So first thing first, create your user account.Experiences are easy to add. Having a good experience to share and good quality landscape photos are all you need to get started. When you are signed in to your account, you can see a link on the top-right of the page; click on the “add an experience”. You will then have the option to add a new experience, add your photos and insert details of your experience.
Please note that experiences will be reviewed via Mouteh team prior to being approved and published on the website.

+ How do I update my experience(s)?

To update your experience(s), you should login to your account first. In order to edit an already approved experience, please email your required changes to and one of our team members will update review and update your experience(s) for you. Please ensure your experiences are accurate and you can deliver them in the same way that you have originally listed them on the website.

+ How do I get more bookings?

The more detailed and informative your experiences are, the more chances of getting experience bookings. Good quality photos, comprehensive description of the experience and facilities that you can offer are the keys to greater page visits and booking requests.

+ What if I need to change the date or time of an already confirmed experience with the travellers?

At Mouteh, we believe in customer service excellence; accuracy and punctuality with the bookings is one of our core values. Hence, we strongly encourage all the hosts to take all the necessary steps to avoid changes in their bookings. However, if you really have to cancel or change the date and time of your booking(s), you will need to contact your guests directly to facilitate alternative arrangements. Please note the more notice you can give to your guests, the less chance of having to cancel your booking(s).


+ How do I book an experience?

To book an experience, you need to submit an enquiry via the experience page on the Mouteh website. Your host will then respond to your query directly. This way travelers can benefit from making slight adjustments to the experiences to suit their needs if needed.

+ How do I pay for my experience?

Experiences are paid on the spot to the hosts. If travelers are requesting any amendments to the existing experiences, they will need to confirm whether the price would change with the host before confirming their booking.

+ In which currencies can I pay for the experience?

Our experiences are quoted in Euros, however, if you wish to pay in a different currency, please ensure the exchange rate has been agreed upon with both parties at the time of booking an experience.

+ What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that you may need to change (or cancel) your travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, please ensure you advise your host as soon as possible. Our hosts are very accommodating and they will try their best to accommodate any changes required, if possible.

+ Are experiences suitable for kids?

Majority of the experiences are suitable for all ages, however, some of the experiences or activities (such as hiking or trekking) may require a certain level of fitness. To be sure, we suggest you to check the suitability of the experiences for kids prior to making a booking.

Generally speaking, experiences are unique activities which you can explore via local guides. Depending on the type, duration and any special requirements from travelers, inclusions of each experience might be different to one another.
